Typical Uses

1、 Bonding PC, ABS, PBT, and other difficult to stick materials;
2、 Sealing for insulation and fixation of electronic accessories;
3、 Adhesive and sealing of metal and plastic shells for other chargers;
4、 Adhesive sealing and mechanical adhesive sealing in the fields of lighting, small household appliances, circuit boards, electronic components, switching power supplies, etc。

Process used

1、 Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the adhesive or coated material and remove rust, dust, and oil stains。
2、 Glue application: Cut open the cap of the glue tube, squeeze the glue solution onto the cleaned surface, distribute it evenly, and fix the adhered surface together.
3、Curing: Place the components that have been glued or sealed in air for natural curing. The curing process is a process of curing from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (Room temperature 25 ° and relative humidity 55%), the adhesive will cure to a depth of 2-4mm. If the location is deep, especially in areas that are not easily in contact with air, the complete curing time will be extended. If the temperature is low, the curing time will also be extended. Before further processing or packaging the bonded components, it is recommended that users wait long enough to ensure that the firmness and integrity of the bonding are not affected.

Note

After the operation is completed, the unused adhesive should be immediately tightened and sealed for storage. When reusing, if there is a slight crust at the sealing area, it can be removed without affecting normal use. During the storage process of the adhesive, there may also be a small amount of solidification at the nozzle, which can be removed for normal use without affecting product performance.
