6239 single component silicone sealant

6239 is a white paste type room temperature cured single component silicone sealant with excellent resistance to cold and heat changes, stress changes, high and low temperature resistance (maintaining elasticity and stability at -40~200 ℃ for a long time), UV resistance, aging resistance, insulation, moisture resistance, seismic resistance, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and chemical media resistance. It has obtained ROHS, Reach, and other third-party testing institutions UL 94-V-0 report number: E335127 and related environmental testing report.

1. This product needs to be stored at a cool and dry room temperature, with a Quality Guarantee period of six months.
2. This type of product belongs to non hazardous goods and can be transported as general chemicals.

Typical Uses

Computer adapters, mobile phone chargers, bicycle controllers and anti-theft locks, and home appliance control panel components are fixed Insulation and device protection for various circuit boards, etc.

Process used

1. Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the sealed object to remove rust, dust, and oil stains 2. Glue application: Unscrew the cap of the glue tube and squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, allowing it to solidify naturally 3. Curing: Place the sealed components in the air, and the adhesive reacts with the moisture in the air, as shown in the table
Internally oriented curing, at room temperature of 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity, within 24 hours, with colloid
Cure at a depth of (2-4) mm, gradually increasing with time, with a thickness of 6mm.
It takes more than 7 days for the sealing adhesive to fully cure

Note

1. The unused adhesive should be immediately tightened and stored 2. When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, remove it and it can be used normally
