5219 Solar Module Sealant Apply For Quotation
5219 is a single component organic silicone sealant cured by White paste Room temperature, with excellent resistance to cold and heat changes, stress changes, high and low temperature resistance (maintaining elasticity and stability at -40~180 ℃ for a long time), UV resistance, aging resistance, insulation, moisture-proof, seismic resistance, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and chemical media resistance. It has obtained ROHS and Reach certification from third-party testing institutions

Typical Uses

2.1  、Solar photovoltaic module, adhesive aluminum frame, EVA solar backplate, and PPO junction box;

2.2  、Adhesive sealing of outdoor products;

Process used

3.1、Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the substrate object to remove rust, dust, and oil stains。

3.2、Gluing: Unscrew the cap of the rubber hose and squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, allowing it to flow naturally。

3.3、Curing: Place the sealed component in the air, and the adhesive reactions with the moisture in the air. Under room temperature of 25 ℃ and 55% relative humidity conditions, within 24 hours, the gel will cure to a depth of (2-4) mm. As time goes on, the curing depth gradually increases. It takes more than 7 days for a 6mm thick sealant to fully cure.



Note

4.1、The unused adhesive should be immediately tightened with the cap before storage;

4.2  、When reusing, if there is a slight crust on the sealing area, remove it and it can be used normally。
